First Form Studio Limited is a world‐class, multi‐disciplinary, multi‐faceted civil engineering, construction, and design firm headquartered in Arepo, Ogun State, Nigeria. With more than 25 years of continuous operation in the Nigerian building industry, First Form Studio emerged in 2023 as the strategic merger of two well‐established entities—Ease Consultants (a fully integrated design consortium of architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, and related professionals) and I-BRYD Properties & Company (a one-stop estate and property development company focused on property development, leasing, design‐and‐build, and contractor-financed projects).
